An inspection company was delivering thorough, photo-rich PDF reports to homeowners and realtors - and then spending hours each week on follow-up calls and emails. "Where's the photo of the roof flashing?" "What did you mean by efflorescence in the basement?" "Can you walk me through the water heater again?" The work was good. The reports were comprehensive. But customers couldn't find what they needed inside them, and every question pulled an inspector out of the field for fifteen minutes.

The inspector shares a link with their customer; the customer verifies with a code emailed to them - no account, no install - and from there they can type or speak their question. Answers come back grounded in the report content, with the matching photo surfaced inline as proof.

Upload an inspection PDF. We extract the photos, parse the text, and link each photo to the section that references it - so answers always come with visual evidence.

Send a link. Your customer verifies once with a code emailed to them - no account creation, no app install. Access is scoped to the specific report you shared.

Photo-anchored answers
