Evaluation & Go / No-Go meeting

If Go → engagement letter, scope, milestones, and payment schedule signed. If No-Go → we hand over everything built so far, no further obligation.
Full solution development
6–12 weeks · Sprint-based billingWe build in 2-week sprints with a short demo at the end of each. Client reviews and approves before the next sprint begins. Scope changes must be agreed in writing - unplanned additions extend timeline and cost.
